Some English ideas just don't translate well into Japanese (and visa-versa). Perhaps "Baby Shoot" was intended to be "Baby Chute"? Maybe being exposed to radiation is considered a novelty? I particularly like the "Human Start Selfing" ad, but I can make no sense out of the Wiley Coyote" knock-off shirt.
